We provide team building courses to mentors, cell group leaders and volunteers regularly. The theme of trainings was to facilitate a positive value system in life, to enhance and strengthen the dignity of individuals and groups within community. Through the training courses, the participants can better cope with adversity with crisis and acquire emotional management skills, and through peer support.
